The agreement for using Offscreen.

Offscreen is operated by NoMoreScreen. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. Offscreen is for adults 18 and over. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code we text you. Keep your device and number secure — activity through your account is your responsibility. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number and tapping “Send code,” you agree to receive one-time verification codes from Offscreen by SMS to sign in and secure your account.

Message frequency: you receive a message each time you request a sign-in code. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

For help, reply HELP or email info@nomorescreen.com. To stop messages, reply STOP; note that opting out will prevent you from receiving the codes required to sign in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and messaging may not be available on all carriers.

Community and safety

You agree to treat other members with respect and to follow the house rules. Offscreen introductions lead to meetups in public places. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions when meeting anyone in person. We may suspend or remove accounts that are unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access to the service, in whole or in part, where necessary to protect members or comply with the law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoMoreScreen is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app or from any meetup.
